tho i realize they are the same, doesn't change the fact of a hardware issue. I called back and was helped by another gentleman who was more helpful and who directed me to use side b of bios as if the first was never corrupted. LOL he was polite but could only mutter: yes/ no return. i called MSI the gentleman could not speak english and did not try. shut off psu, and held power button for short time to clear cmos (mobo has cmos switch which i tried as well) now just wont power monitor or keyboard/mouse. I went to turn on my pc (bought and built on black Friday) it loaded a black screen saying " boot guard dxe that is fail" any key to restart.
